We observed that 26.1% 2.8 of layer V neurons with CC projections expressed ER81 and none expressed N200. ER81 was expressed in 20.4% 7.7 of SC projecting neurons and 14.8% 1.3 expressed N200. ER81 was expressed in 10.9% 7.5 of SpC projecting neurons and 24.6% 10.2 expressed N200; the two antigens were never seen colocalised.
